Cannot belive it. First my Gears of war disc cracked in the centre so I thought nothing off it has its happened before but now my Fifa 08 disc has cracd in the centre So took it back to gamestation and got a replacement not happy as I do not wanna be spending more on getting games I already own. Oh well last chance before I buy a PS3

lol, this isnt gonna help you choose wether or not to just go for the PS3 huh, im guessing but with all the replacement stuff you could have bought one alone with that!

Well I like the 360 to much only good side is Ive got another 12 month warrenty and another 3 years off MS Its just the replacing games Im not liking at all

Hi Dave, so your games just crack at the centre? i heard of this b4 what causes it, heat? On my old xbox360 b4 it went in for repair it used to mark some of my disks around the edge, they still worked fine,it must have been the xbox as i am very careful with them, but new one seems good (touches wood), Hope you get it sorted mate

Did you have it standing vertially?..think it is more to do with this, and the make/ type of drive you got with it, theres about 3 different ones.

They reckon it could of been heat but the drive has wrecked 3 of my games  Hopefully this new one will be better as I reckon my past 2 of marked the discs and its no wonder gamestation now have those disc repair machines Cu3ed I dont know what drive it has but it was made 2008-01-05 And no my 360 has never been stood up like that I wont allow that my daughter will knock it down

Possibly the Toshiba or the Benq, think the Tosh's are the worse of the two with the Benq being not as loud, buts its just smoother.
Really Im not sure overall which is worse or better for ruining games.
