Getting the best deal - 07 September 2008 11:24
Hello Folks         I currently get a pretty basic Sky package & Sky Broadband

I am about to move house , in the new house I'll be wanting ,Sky Broadband , Sky + , & Multiroom  (1 other room )  -  figuring that I could choose a Sky+ box as the box for the multiroom  (if you see what I mean )                I am now wondering which would get me the best deal ?
   1)  As above , telling Sky I am moving , telling them what I want , and seeing what they come up with
   2) Simply leaaving Sky , the reapproaching them as new customer (under my wifes name) at the other end  ?     3)  Moving and keeping the packages we are on , then approaching them once we have moved ?
Or would it not make a lot of difference however we do it  ?    I just have a feeling that I'd get a better deal as a new customer rather than an existing one ?

Tell them you are moving but wnat to stay with them, with any luck they will pass you over to another deparment and you can see what they offer you, if it sounds like a bag of crap, id leave it and approach as a new customer...and say you have the option to go to Virgin lol.
