Does anyone no how to make the tv guide smaller for some reason it went from widescreen in to the 4.3 form. ive managed to get the picture back but the tv guide is still large font.
as well as that in the sevices bit where you put the tv size in, if i put 16.9 then the picture looks like zoomed so i put in 4.3 and pal and the size is fine but tv font is big.
any ideas?

no idea  i was flicking around with the controls and it just happened.
i've kinda sorted it, well i can live with it
