Surround Sound. Advice Please.

I need some advice on getting a wireless surround sound set up for the livingroom.

I have a Sony W4000 (40), blu ray player and BTVision in the livingroom and would like some nice cinema sound.

Im a total novice and have no idea where to start.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Better off getting a really good 3.1 system if you can't be doing with the wires.
